BEWARE OF COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS SOLD ON AMAZON.COM, ETC.
For those who are yet unaware, I have been having issues with counterfeit products being made and sold by knock-off companies and selling them on Amazon.com and other online stores.
The official distributor (www.ThePerfectDog.com) can only guarantee products purchased from them and they offer a 30-day money back or replacement guarantee. They are my only official supplier, so any products sold by other companies CANNOT be trusted.
In fact, my team and I have been hearing/reading constant reports regarding INFERIOR QUALITY and even breakages relating to these counterfeit products. PLEASE do not buy them for the sake of saving a few dollars. It’s not worth it, and you will be putting your dog’s safety at risk.
These unofficial sellers of my DogFather/Perfect Dog products are unscrupulously using parts of my name and/or the product name to seem legitimate, but they’re not. Invariably, it’s impossible for the average consumer to differentiate between the original, genuine product on Amazon.com versus the counterfeit sellers. This is why I now only direct people to www.theperfectdog.com.
The following article from Forbes.com highlights the growing danger of Amazon scams, so be careful out there in the online sales world. It’s not just happening to me, but to many other hardworking, honest product owners!
